Definition

This is the factor by which single phosphorylation of Ste7 alters its kinase activity, compared to doubly phosphorylated Ste7.
kcat_Ste7pS_MAPK_PO4 = kcat_Ste7pSpT_MAPK_PO4 / Ste7_pS_only_PO4_factor
Ste7_pS_only_PO4_factor > 1 means that singly phosphorylated Ste7 has weaker kinase acitivty than doubly phosphorylated Ste7.
