This is the factor by which Dig1 binds more tightly to Ste12:Fus3 than it binds to Ste12 alone, and conversely its the same factor that Fus3 binds more tightly to Ste12:Dig1 than it binds to Ste12 alone.

Ste12_Dig1_Fus3_coop_factor > 1 means that Dig1 binds more tightly to Ste12:Fus3 than it binds to Ste12 alone.
